Description
A sine wave is a geometric waveform that oscillates (moves up, down or side-to-side) periodically, and is defined by the function y = sin x.
In other words, it is an s-shaped, smooth wave that oscillates above and below zero.
I feel the pandemic has been just one-huge-year-long sine wave. Up-and-down, up-and-down, up-and-down!
Just when we think we have the pandemic under-control with the vaccines (the sine wave on the “up” cycle) we get hit by the “variant,” (the sine wave is now on the “down” cycle).
So, for the last year, we go “up,” then we go “down,” – then – we go “up” and then go “down” again!
This “Sine Wave” painting represents the past year of my life – up, then down, up, then up – then down again – ad nauseam!
I am SOOOO ready to jump off the “sine wave” roller coaster, aren’t you???

I got my Master’s from The University of Colorado in Boulder! Loved living In Louisville and photographing in that state.
